Need something new in your workout routine this October? I started this last sunday for a whole week, just to see what it would do! It doesn't seem like much, but it is intense! However, if you just do it cold turkey, it doesn't seem like a workout. Give it a try after running a 5k or doing an hour workout at the gym and you will feel it! I've been seeing some results so I figured that I would share this hidden gem with everyone!
